Charlbury School Association were pleased to have the opportunity to be at the annual Charlbury Beer Festival yet again this year. We did our usual face painting, nail bar & tattoo's alongside selling soft drinks to keep all the non-beer drinkers happy. There was a team of 4 face painters who worked from lunchtime into the early evening creating fantastic designs as well as painting some beautiful creative nail designs. We raised just over £410 which will be put towards projects within Charlbury Primary School.
Thank you.

Well, it is all over for another year but if you missed it you can catch the highlights here, courtesy of Witney TV.

Details of how we did and highlights of this years' event will be posted in the next few days once we all recover!

And if you did come we hope you had a fantastic time and thank you for your support.

A note from the new chair, Ed WIgzell

I'm delighted and honoured to chair the CBF committee in the run up to the 2012 festival. Even though the tents have only just come down and the racks put back in the shed we're already looking at how we can make it even better in 2012. Your feedback on previous festivals and suggestions for next year are always welcome (don't worry - we will have more toilets for 2012!). None of this would be possible without the help of all our volunteer supporters, commercial sponsors and loyal festival goers. So, thank you all very much and see you next year.

A lady asked
David Cameron if he
wanted to try some
some 'Gobble' after
he had asked the bar
person what was good!

One of our
customers decided to
take a nap in the adjacent field and was escorted to
the road by the slightly startled night security
team just before
bedtime.
